Weekly Aroma Card – Orange

I thought it would be lovely to introduce orange oil at this time of the year.

Fallen maple leaves, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Pumpkins. Like these things, Orange has the smell, feeling, and color of fall.

In the parts of the world where the sun shines throughout autumn, orange oil recreates relaxed sunshine. In the parts of the world where the weather gets chilly at this time, orange oil brings the bundle-up, cozy warmth.

I happen to use orange oil in the world of cleaning a lot. Let it be wiping down my couch, washing my curtains, or cleaning my rugs.

Orange oil’s fresh, happy, and homey scent can never linger for too long in your home’s cozy air.

Besides cleaning, I always tell my students in the Blending class that Orange is an excellent mixer in essential oil blends.

Pure essential oils with strong characters sometimes create a funky smell when mixed. Few things are better than orange oil when trying to bring together potent earthy or woody oils—Cinnamon oil, as an example, scent warm and delicious but often penetrating. When combined with sweet and fresh orange oil and diffused at home, it is divinely fall-perfect.

Weekly Aroma Card – Lime

Go to Lime if … You want Clarity to Make Decisions and Move on.

Lime oil has one of the most masculine energies in the aroma kingdom. Using lime oil brings the power of efficiency, and it works linearly, more often on physiology instead of emotionality.

As a women entrepreneur, my business and team rely on me to make crucial decisions, often multiple in a day.

Like you can anticipate, Lime Oil is my supportive work buddy 🙂

Lifestyle and supplements are also game-changers in keeping the mind sharp. Yet nothing cleanse-up indecision like lime oil does.

There is not a way you can use lime oil that would upset an aromatherapist, really. My favorite is:

In the Shower!

Picture a re-focusing shower with Lime Oil:

The citrus aroma envelops.

As I breathe in, I experience clarity.

Any fog in my vision of life lifts away.

Producing, creating, and getting on purpose is my personal mission. If you click with me in that, you will relate to Lime like I do. And Lime will make you happy.

If you would like to use Lime oil, making it a home spritzer or adding it to woody oils to create a grounding perfume are great ideas as well.

As a certified teacher of Aromatherapy and Ayurveda, I have my to-go place for aroma products.

Weekly Aroma Card – Geranium

Go to Geranium if … You desire to be in touch with your inner beauty, confidence, and self-truth.

For me, Geranium brings the presence of Elizabeth Taylor.

It’s deep, complex, and gives a sense of mystery. The more you use it, the more powerful it gets, and oh, boy! Doesn’t it get to the very core of your self-beliefs?

When I feel like picking up the phone and call up Elisabeth Taylor or Marilyn Monroe: ” Hi, sister. I need you! Please, boost up my inner confidence, remind me of my inner beauty and  strength.”

I would reach for a bottle of Geranium, perfume myself, or shower with it.

These thoughts often merge after I use Geranium:

I feel beautiful inside out.

I experience solidification.

I am supported to stand in my own truth, my own abilities.

I have a higher level of self-confidence and consciousness.

Definitely do: Add Geranium to your perfume blends.

Weekly Aroma Card – Lavender

Go to Lavender if … You want to feel the gift of presence.

If aroma plants had personalities, Lavender must be an intellectual, good-in-any-role kind of character. It is universal.

And My story with Lavender?

It brings me back to a sun-drenched trip to France. I visited a Lavender distillery run by two brothers, and the fantastic aroma lingered in my world for a long time.

Lavender is poetic.

Weekly Aroma Card – Juniper

Go to Juniper if … You want to feel gently strengthened.

I use Juniper oils in my showers, and it prepares me for the world. The crispy aroma creates a shield over my energy and keeps it intact. I find it quite helpful, especially when I am called upon to facilitate at many scenes, business, personal or energetic, all in one day.

I remember coming out of the shower, feeling simply ready!

WELCOME TO MY OCTOBER NEWSLETTER

Happy month of October!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Halloween!

This month, I thought I’d continue sharing a little about my passion for Gemstones and talk about Opal & Tourmaline. For those born in October, you’ve been blessed with two gorgeous birthstones – opal and tourmaline – that come in a myriad of beautiful shades to flaunt this season. By no means, Opal is one exceptional birthstone that steals the spotlight with its beauty and is known to be lucky for those born this autumnal month.

The dramatic play of color and galaxy-like hue make opal one intoxicating gemstone. The stone is a symbol of purity, hope, and truth, and is believed to bless the wearer with good fortune.

This month, I invite you to be thankful for everything and have a mind of abundance!

WELCOME TO MY SEPTEMBER NEWSLETTER

Happy month of September!
This month, I thought I’d continue sharing a little about my passion for Gemstones and talk about Sapphire, the birthstone for the month of September.
The name sapphire is derived from the Latin word ““saphirus” and the Greek word “sapheiros,” both meaning blue. Some believe that the name sapphire is derived from its association with the planet Saturn.
The magnificent and holy Sapphire, in all its celestial hues, is a stone of wisdom and royalty, of prophecy and Divine favor. It is forever associated with sacred things and considered the gem of gems, a jewel steeped in the history and lore of nearly every religion. Blue sapphires were a holy stone to the Catholic Church and to Ancient Persians, who believed they made the sky blue with their reflections. To some religions, the blue color of the sapphire represents the heavens.
