I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you all! I recently had the honor of being featured on the GenZ is Us Podcast in an episode titled “Deb Drummond Shares: Know Your Avatar Part I.” This episode delves into a crucial aspect of business and personal success—knowing your avatar.

I am delighted to share that I had the privilege of being featured on an enlightening episode of the SELF DISCOVERY WISDOM PODCAST with host Sara Troy. The episode brought together myself and Sara as we talked about 262 Women Authors, including myself, for an empowering conversation about our journeys as authors and creators in the world of literature and personal development.

Aired on October 18th, this special episode was a celebration of women’s voices and stories, highlighting our collective wisdom and unique contributions to the world. Being part of such a dynamic and inspiring gathering was truly an honor, and I am grateful to Sara Troy for creating a platform that amplifies the voices of women authors and thought leaders.

During the episode, I had the opportunity to share insights from my own journey as an Ultrapreneur, Network Marketing Professional, Top Performance Private Coach & Speaker, Health & Wellness Anti-Aging Expert, and Momager. Becoming a Wealthy Healer

I got a call from this incredible Magazine, Kelly Wagner is one of the coolest ladies in media I have met , apparently she reached out because she says I have a reputation of making wealthy healers and her whole trib are healers .What an honour to hear that . My heart is big for those of us dedicating our work life to healing and helping others , unfortunately a lot of healers don’t have all the linear skills to keep those businesses healthy and wealthy enough to keep the business healthy . That’s where I come in to help healers be sustainable, build in all the ground work , reverse engineering, top performance the elements that’ll help the business and do all the things most visionary people just don’t want to do .

I’m their financial angel and they can be angels to others!

The belief that to be a leader, whether male or female, you must be born with innate traits is not
true. If you are passionate and see a need for Change, you can be the Agent to make it happen.
We all have leadership qualities and can also learn to be more effective. Women often are
empathetic, collaborative, strong communicators, wear different hats, and consider different
points of view. They are adaptable, resilient and tend to be more humble, authentic, and not as
ego driven. These qualities all support the role of servant leader – someone who prioritizes the
needs and well-being of those they are leading. Scientific research has also shown that women
use both hemispheres of their brain when problem solving as compared to the single
hemispheric activity evident with focused, linear, rational, problem-solving men. Take the time
for self-reflection. Ask yourself what you are passionate about, or good at, and then speak to
your truth and have your voice heard.
