As we approach the end of the year it’s completely normal to reflect .
In my line of work from Nov to January it can be the most exciting time !
It’s the time that within reflection comes creativity .
Within creativity and reflection, many beautiful things will birth for the year ahead.
I am a Top Performance Business Coach for Entrepreneurs and that is what I spend most of my days doing with my clients.
Reflecting , examining what works and figuring out what needs adjusting .
I always say that if we projected correctly and strategized within our goals, the end of the year should be the most rewarding, filled with gratitude, knowledge and lots of fun , sometimes tears of joy and celebration!
Let’s be honest , so many things can happen in a one year period , in our lives and for entrepreneurs in our businesses as well .
It’s been my experience that most entrepreneurs are very passionate about changing the world , serving others and creating .
It’s been my dharma to serve those that serve .
I want to do for entrepreneurs what they don’t want , have time or desire to do for themselves like projections, strategies and creating business or media plans .

What do you need to learn , change , tweak , or incorporate to make those dreams come to fruition.
What kind of marketing is needed and how much media will be required to get the word out and what kind of media is best for you ?
What should you be doing ? What should you be saying on that podcast or in that summit and in what month should you be saying it in so your on target for your projected numbers and plans?
I don’t want to flood you with questions you might never have asked yourself but now that you know , these are the key pivot reflections, questions and answers that are needed to make a high functioning joyful blissfull career .
If not me, please make sure you have someone that has experience to walk you thru this so you to can be blissing out at the end of the year and feeling all the work ,the sacrifices you did was 100 percent worth it !

And let me say, if there’s anything to remember at the end of this year it’s this ! You did awesome, you are probably the only one that really knows what you went thru this year , what you had to navigate and what you had to overcome. So remember this , you have accomplished what most people are not willing to do . You took life and woke up each day and said let’s do this ! and ready or not , tired or energized you headed it on with the love , muster and dedication doing the best you can .
