Along with the above information, it is also used as a flavouring in  many items. Its subtle, sweet smell makes it easy to want to use. I personally use the oil and keep a bottle with me in my bag.

Tip – rub a tiny amount on your temples and the back of your neck to help relieve headaches or neck pain. Breathe it in slowly to get some relief from the cold or flu.
