How to tighten loose skin…

I have some tips today on how to tighten loose skin in those pesky problem areas or if you have recently lost weight. Finding a natural solution isn’t as difficult as you may think. Here are a few ideas⬇️
- Drink plenty of water! 8 glasses a day is the recommended amount.
- Stay out of the sun for long periods of time (especially without sunscreen). Be sure to wear sunscreen when out in the sun of an SPF of 30 or higher. Sun damage breaks up the collagen and elastin in your skin so it’s important to protect yourself
- Use food ingredients you already have in your kitchen to make your own face mask. Here are some foods that aid in firming…cucumber, honey, yogurt bananas, coffee grounds, aloe vera, eggs and lemon.
