It might sound cliche, but my advice is to eat a healthy, balanced diet.

This can look different for each individual person. Whether you are gluten free, lactose-intolerant, vegan, plant-based etc. Every diet needs to make sure to eat adequate amounts of veggies. Try to avoid processed foods. These types of foods are not good for our health and well-being. Believe it or not, eating these types of foods can also affect us mentally, making us feel more tired and sluggish.
