If it’s God, it is going to be big and impactful, and good things are in store. This Divine inspiration led Kaneshi Hart to start her podcast “Coach Up” not as a coach, but as a Connection Collaborator. She serves businesses by finding podcasts as a platform for advertising as well as making the connection. Her previous 20 years in corporate America helped her gain the skills to help and lead people and exceed goals and expectations. These skills translated well to the exploding platform of podcasts. Kaneshi’s top tips for less tears: write down and track details of what your clients are doing, get to know your people, care about people, be very clear about standards & expectations, and do GREAT … all the time. Have a mentor who sees more in you than you do, and you and your performance will excel.
