Lainie Strouse learned that modelling success at age 13 was a happy introduction to financial success, but that it was also temporary. She learned to do everything she could with the best intentions, that there would be ups and downs, that you do what you can with what you’ve got. She learned flamenco dancing and serving tables. She learned problem solving, how to understand people, keep a calm head, keep ego out, and to make the best of every situation. These are skills one might need later! Now, as a celebrity event creator, she has learned to pause, listen, come from a respectful place, be adaptable & solution focused, and produce the dream result that her clients really want. Every client & every attendee is special. Do the best you can in every moment, don’t pretend to know everything, and ASK. Learning something is always good.
