If you’re thinking of putting a team together or running a business, it is a good things to know what qualities and skill you want in others. In my experience of managing several businesses for thirty years, I suggest not to rush things. Do your research and make time to “interview” people and think outside of the box. Look at the BIG picture, and never forget that it is okay to ask for help. Quite often we don’t reach out as much as we should due to pride. I am open to sharing more information with anyone on the topic of entrepreneurship.
