So many people are not aware of the amazing benefits that essential oils have.

I like to use marjoram occasionally. Here are some of the benefits to using this oil.

  • soothes tired, stressed muscles
  • supports a healthy respiratory system
  • benefits the cardiovascular system

Soothing Linen Spray

  • combine 2 cups water and one tsp baking soda
  • 15 drops marjoram
  • 15 drops lavender

Spray on sheets and linens to help get a more restful sleep
