2. Intellectual Property

All original content on this site—including the Top Performance Tracker, Mission Accepted branding, 262 Movement materials, and course curricula—is the exclusive property of Deb Drummond.

Usage: You may not record, redistribute, or sell Deb’s proprietary coaching methods or “Business Rockstar” materials without prior written consent.

3. Media & Speaking Engagements

Podcast Appearances: Guests on the Mission Accepted podcast or The Women’s Channel agree that Deb Drummond retains all rights to the audio/video recordings for marketing and distribution purposes.

Speaker Applications: Applying to be a “Defined Speaker” for 262 Events does not guarantee selection. Deposits for media coaching or stage spots are subject to the specific refund terms outlined at the time of purchase.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Shop Policy

Digital Products/Books: Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads and published books, all sales on the Shop are final.

Coaching & Masterminds: Payments for 1-on-1 private training or Masterminding groups are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

Third-Party Products: Deb Drummond endorses specific brands (e.g., Neora, Natsukashii Ink). Purchases made through these external links are subject to those companies’ specific return policies.

Cancellations & Opt-Out:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
