BIZ MOTIVATION MONDAY

Eat that Frog!
Author Brian Tracy calls this “eating your frog” quoting Mark Twain. He famously said that if the first thing you do in the morning is eat a live frog, you can get through the rest of your day, knowing the rest is behind you. 🐸
Your frog is your worst task, and you should do it first thing in the morning. Get it out of the way so that it is not weighing on your mind all day or creating a distraction for you.
If you haven’t read this book, I highly recommend you do. It is a great read on procrastinating and why it happens to us, and what we can do to change it.
